摘　　要：本文主要参照2017年《陆生动物卫生法典》,梳理了世界动物卫生组织要求开展区域化管理的动物疫病名录,详细介绍了世界动物卫生组织官方无疫认证和自我声明要求的申请材料(以口蹄疫为例),分析了国际无疫认证认可工作的重要意义,以期为我国动物疫病区域化管理和申请国际无疫认证认可工作提供借鉴。With reference to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code 2017,this paper reviews the animal health requirements by the WHO for regionalization management of catalogues of animal diseases,introduces the application materials for official diseases free status certification and self statement,and analyzes the significance of international certification of the diseases free status. The purpose is to provide reference for the animal disease regionalization management and the application assessment in our country.
