摘　　要：目的:以《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)》为理论框架,开发一款用于脊髓损伤患者延续护理的移动应用程序(APP)。方法:APP的设计和开发包括三个步骤:(1)经3轮Delphi国内专家调查,形成《脊髓损伤延续护理ICF组合》;(2)经专家咨询,从《脊髓损伤延续护理ICF组合》中确定可纳入延续护理随访APP的ICF类目,明确其评定方法和标准化指导方案;(3)软件工程师依据前期工作,使用Java语言开发APP。结果:该APP已初步开发完成,可实现医护人员对SCI患者出院后的远程评估、标准化健康指导、专科转介、信息交互和随访管理五大核心功能。结论:这款基于ICF的随访APP具有全面性、延续性、协调性、合作性、智能化和标准化的特点,能够满足脊髓损伤患者延续护理的需求。Objective: To develop a mobile application(APP) for transitional care of patients with spinal cord injury(SCI) based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF).Method: Three steps of APP’s design and development were as following:(1)A three-round Delphi expert survey was conducted to identify the ICF set for SCI transitional care.(2)An expert group consultation was conducted to determine the follow-up ICF categories from(1),and define the assessment methods and standardized guidance program.(3) Based on previous work, software engineers developed a mobile APP for the follow-up of SCI transitional care by using the Java language.Result: The APP has been tentatively developed. It can realize five core functions including remote assessment, standardized guidance, specialist referral, follow-up management and interaction between medical staff and patient with SCI after discharge.Conclusions: This APP based on ICF for the follow-up of SCI transitional care has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, continuity, coordination, collaboration, intelligence and standardization. It could satisfy the needs of SCI transitional care.
