摘　　要：在印度尼西亚,许多人生活贫穷,收入仅够养家糊口。很多时候,他们完全无法支付医疗费,去看一次医生的基本费用都超出了人们的承受范围。但在爪哇岛玛琅市的这所诊所里,一个新启动的项目意味着即使是社区里最贫穷的人都能享受到医疗保健服务。贾迈勒?阿勒宾赛德医生建立了一个机制,让人们用通常要丢弃的垃圾来支付医疗保健费用。Many people in Indonesia live in poverty, earning barely enough to feed their families. Too often, health care is simply unaffordable. The basic costs of a trip to the doctor is beyond peoples' means.But at this clinic in the Javanese city of Malang, a new program means that even the poorest in the community can have access to health care. Dr. Gamal Albinsaid has set up a scheme that allows people to pay using something they would normally want to get rid of——rubbish.
