共享经济下商业模式创新研究——以摩拜单车为例

摘　　要：随着移动互联网的不断发展,人们的消费方式向移动化、数据化方向转变,结算方式由货币资金向移动支付转变,在"互联网+"的大背景下,企业的商业模式"企业+工作人员"逐渐向"个人+平台"的商业模式演变。共享经济是将个人、组织或者企业闲置的物品、多余的生产能力通过共享平台或其他技术渠道共享给社会公众的一种新型的商业模式。以互联网为依托的共享经济所提供的服务已经融入人们生活的方方面面,共享单车就是在该经济模式下广被用户接受。以摩拜共享单车为例,从各个方面分析共享经济的商业模式,对共享经济下的商业模式创新进行了研究。With the continuous development of mobile Internet,people’s consumption mode has changed to mobile and data oriented. The way of settlement has changed from monetary capital to mobile payment. Under the background of"Internet + ",the business mode of traditional enterprises"enterprise + staff"has gradually evolved into the business mode of"personal + platform". That is to say,business model innovation under the shared economy with individual as the center and platform as the intermediary. Shared economy is a new business model,in which the idle goods and superfluous production capacity of individuals,organizations or enterprises are shared to the public through sharing platforms or other technical channels. The services provided by the shared economy based on the Internet have been integrated into all aspects of people’s lives. Shared bicycle is widely accepted by users in this economic model. In this paper,we take Mobay shared bicycle as an example,analyze the business model of shared economy from various aspects,and study the innovation of business model under the shared economy.
