摘　　要：美国次贷危机爆发以来,部分国家经济出现困难,贸易保护主义有所抬头,经济全球化受到质疑。英国宣布脱离欧盟、美国高举贸易保护主义大旗,其他部分国家则加强了贸易保护,中国制造遭遇严重的挑战。出口企业需要调整经营策略,同时也需要高校能够培养适应新形势的高素质外贸人才。当前应在注重培养学生外贸知识、英语能力的基础上,通过实验实习、学科竞赛、创业实践等实践环节加强实践能力培养。Since the US subprime mortgage crisis,some countries have experienced economic difficulties,trade protectionism has risen,and economic globalization has been questioned. The United Kingdom announced that it would left the EU and the United States lifted the big stick of trade protectionism. Other countries strengthened trade protection,and China’s manufacturing encountered a relatively serious export crisis. Export enterprises need to adjust their business strategies,and they also need universities to train high-quality foreign trade talents that adapt to the new situation. At present,on the basis of focusing on cultivating students’ foreign trade knowledge and English ability,they should strengthen practical ability training through practical links such as experimental and practice,subject competition,and entrepreneurial practice.
