总结一种皮瓣转位治疗拇指末端缺损的临床经验

摘　　要：目的:总结应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮辫治疗拇指末端软组织缺损的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析我科于2014年1月-2017年6月间收治的29例拇指末端软组织缺损患者,均采用桡神经浅支营养血管皮辫转位进行修复治疗;其中男20例,女9例;右手19例,左手10例;术后进行随访观察其治疗效果。结果:所有患者均获随访7-11个月;所有皮辩均成活;皮瓣肤色及外观满意,质地柔软,皮辫两点辨别觉平均达7.8mm。结论:应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮辫转住治疗拇指末端软组织缺损临床效果满意,是一种较好的术式选择。Objective:to summarize the nutrient vessels of superficial branch of radial nerve flap's clinical experience in the treatment of thumb soft tissue defect at the end.Methods:a retrospective analysis was made of 29eases of thumb terminal soft tissue defect admitted by our department from January 2014 to June 2016.Among them,20 were males and 9 were females.19 eases of right hand and 10 cases of left hand;Postoperative follow-up was conducted to observe the therapeutic effect.Results:all patients were followed up for 7 to 11 months.All skin flaps survived;The skin color and appearance of the skin flap are satisfactory,the texture is soft,and the average recognition of the two points of the skin flap is 7.8mm.Conclusion:the application of superficial radial nerve nutrient vascular flap transposition in the treatment of thumb terminal soft tissue defect is a good choice.
