商代青铜器铸造工艺的分析

摘　　要：简要介绍了平陆前庄出土的青铜器的形貌和特征。分析了青铜圆鼎和青铜方鼎的铸造工艺。青铜圆鼎采用“浑铸法”铸造,主要有四个工序;青铜方鼎采用“拼铸法”铸造,主要有五个工序。“浑铸法”和“拼铸法”是中国古代铸造技术的重大成就。Appearance and characteristics of bronze wares unearthed from the Pinglu Qianzhuang were briefly introduced.The casting technologies of round and square bronze tripods were analyzed.The round tripod was fabricated by using an integrative casting procedure which involved four steps of operation,and the square tripod was fabricated by using a split casting procedure which involved five steps of operation.These two casting technologies are great achievement of casting technology in ancient times in China.
