摘　　要：《中华人民共和国畜禽规模养殖污染防治条例》的出台及2018年环保税的首次开征,使畜禽粪污资源化利用成为必然趋势。笔者重点归纳了目前我国畜禽养殖不同环节、不同畜种的养殖粪污资源化利用模式,进一步分析了(政府)处理中心主导模式、种植企业主导模式、有机肥企业主导模式和传统养殖企业主导模式等不同运行模式的运行主体及管理方式差异,并展望了未来畜禽粪污资源化利用的研究方向。The state has introduced regulations of People's Republic of China livestock and poultry large-scale farming pollution prevention regu- lations and began to levy environmental taxes in 2018.The resource utilization of livestock waste has become an inevitable trend of sustainable development.This paper mainly summarized several typical models of resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding in different stages and different animals.And further analyzed(government)treatment center leading mode,planting enterprise leading mode,organic fertilizer enterprise leading mode and traditional farming enterprise leading mode and other different operating mode of the main body and management mode difference.Finally,the author pointed out the future research direction of the utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources.
