摘  要:为了监测孟加拉豹猫胎儿肾脏发育的声像学特征,总结其临产前的声像图特征并且通过对胎儿肾脏长轴的测量探索出新的胎龄预测方法,试验采用兽用超声诊断仪对4只怀孕的孟加拉豹猫的胎儿的肾脏发育情况进行了全程监测和记录,直到分娩。结果表明:妊娠第34天时可首次观察到胎儿肾脏,呈椭圆形,长轴长度为0.35 cm;妊娠第42天左右皮质髓质开始分化,随着妊娠的进行,肾皮质和肾髓质继续分化成熟,肾盂轻度扩张,直到足月。肾脏长轴的长度随着胎龄的增长呈现平稳的线性增长,因此监测肾脏长轴的长度不仅可以对胎儿的胎龄进行预测,还可以为临床妊娠诊断提供依据。In order to monitor the sonographic characteristics of fetal kidney development of Bengali leopard cat, summarize the sonographic features of the fetal kidney before labor, and explore a new method of fetal age prediction by measuring the fetal kidney long axis, we used animal ultrasound diagnostic instrument to monitor and record the kidney development of four pregnant Bengali leopard cat fetuses through the whole process until childbirth. The results showed that the fetal kidney was oval in shape for the first time at 34 days of gestation. The length of the long axis was 0. 35 cm. And in about 42 days, the cortical mass began to differentiate. And as the pregnancy progressed, the renal cortex and renal medulla continued to mature, and the renal pelvis was slightly dilated, until the full moon. The length of the long axis of the kidney showed a steady linear increase with the growth of fetal age, which could not only predict the fetal age, but also provide a basis for clinical pregnancy diagnosis.
