摘  要:动物疫病是危害养殖业发展的重要因素,而疫苗免疫又是目前防控动物疫病最有效的手段之一。为了提高兽用多联疫苗的免疫效力,去除杂质,减少临床上的免疫不良反应,需要对抗原进行浓缩。疫苗的抗原浓缩技术主要是通过物理或化学方法去除杂质以提高单位体积抗原含量,同时要防止抗原的免疫原性受到破坏,对整个浓缩条件要求较高,因此如何选择合适且高效的抗原浓缩方法尤为重要。文章对近年来抗原浓缩技术的研究及现状进行总结,旨在为选择抗原浓缩技术提供参考。Animal epidemic is the main factor which seriously threaten to the animal industry,and vaccine is the primary way to prevent from infection. To promote the efficacy of animal multi-vaccines as well as reduce clinical immunological adverse reaction,the antigens should be purified and concentrated. The antigen concentration technology mainly removes impurities by physical or chemical methods to increase the unit volume antigen content and prevent the immunogenicity of antigens from being destroyed. Therefore,how to select the optimal antigen enrichment method is particularly significant. In this review,the present situation of research on antigen enrichment technology in recent years were summarized, aiming to provide reference for its application.
