摘  要:为了阐明高原牦牛诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)mRNA的表达对高原牦牛肺脏组织低氧适应作用的影响,试验采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,对不同品种、不同海拔高度的牦牛iNOS的mRNA相对表达量进行相关分析。结果表明:iNOS在转录水平上总体表现为随海拔的升高而升高的趋势,且父本来自海拔5 000 m以上的大通牦牛肺脏组织的iNOS mRNA相对表达量最高。说明牦牛iNOS mRNA相对表达量与海拔和品种均有一定的相关性。In order to investigate the function about expression of iNOS mRNA in the Plateau yak ( Bos mutus) pulmonary hypoxia adaptation, the Plateau yaks from different elevation were selected as the research object. The quantitative real-time PCR was conducted to quantify relative abundances of iNOS transcripts in the lung tissues of Plateau yak at different altitudes. The results revealed that the transcription level of induced nitric oxide synthase increased with altitudes. The relative expression of iNOS mRNA of Datong yaks which male parent were at 5 000 meters above sea level was the highest.The results indicate that the transcription level of iNOS mRNA have some relevance to the altitudes and varieties.
