摘　　要：[目的]制备具有良好生物活性的22%咯菌腈·氟啶胺悬浮剂。[方法]通过室内配方筛选试验,对咯菌腈和氟啶胺的配比进行筛选。采用湿法研磨的加工工艺,对配方中的各个组分进行了配方筛选和优化。[结果]较优配方组成为咯菌腈8%,氟啶胺14%,EFW 1.0%,D450 3%,Tersperse 2208 1%,硅酸镁铝0.4%,白炭黑0.2%,乙二醇4.0%,去离子水补足至100%。[结论]室内活性试验表明,8%咯菌腈+14%氟啶胺对葡萄灰霉病具有协同相加作用。22%咯菌腈·氟啶胺水悬剂各项指标符合水悬剂相关标准。[Aims]The fludioxonil·fluazinam 22%SC with good bioactivity was obtained.[Methods]The compounding ratio of fludioxonil to fluazinam was studied by indoor formulation test.The components of fludioxonil·fluazinam 22%SC were screened and optimized using wet grinding process.[Results]The optimum formula was as follows:fludioxonil 8%,fluazinam 14%,EFW-1%,D450 3%,Tersperse 2208 1%,veegum 0.4%,white carbon black 0.2%,glycol 4.0%and deionized water up to 100%.[Conclusions]The new formulation of fludioxonil 8%and fluazinam 14%had synergistic effect against Botrytis cinerea Pers and all the control indicators of new formuimation met with the relevant standards of SC.
