摘  要:以不同共晶组织含量的铸造碳化钨和镍基自熔合金混合粉末为原料,采用等离子转移弧(PTA)堆焊制备各焊层;通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜、G65磨粒磨损测试等研究了各焊层的微观结构和耐磨性能。研究结果表明:采用高共晶组织的铸造碳化钨能改善焊层微观结构,获得硬质相分布均匀、无孔洞、高硬度等特点的焊层;同时能显著提高焊层的耐磨性能。Using the mixed powder of cast tungsten carbide with different eutectic microstructure content and nickel-based alloy as raw material,the welding layers were prepared by plasma transfer arc (PTA)surfacing.Microstructure and wear resistance of each welding layer were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and G65 abrasive wear test.The results show that the cast tungsten carbide with high eutectic structure can improve the microstructure of the welding layer,which has the characteristics of uniform distribution of hard phases,no holes and high hardness.At the same time,the wear resistance of the obtained welding layer is improved remarkably.
