摘 要:含高渗透率分布式电源的独立型微网受自然环境条件和经济性的约束比较大,运行中缺乏大电网的支撑,同时换流器等电力电子设备的大量使用都将导致其稳定性问题相较于传统电网具有新的特征,也因此成为了研究的关键。总结归纳了微网稳定性的特点,指出将传统电力系统稳定性定义应用于微网时存在的问题,并给出含高渗透率DGs独立微网的稳定性定义和稳定性分类;分别从小信号稳定性、暂态稳定性和电压稳定性3个方面梳理评述了微网稳定性的分析方法;讨论了保障微网小信号稳定的控制方法和提高微网暂态稳定性的技术措施;最后总结展望了含高渗透率分布式电源的独立微网稳定性尚需进一步深入研究的关键问题。Due to lack of support of voltage and frequency from large power grid in operation, restraint of environment and local economy, and extensive use of power electronics such as converters, stability issues of the microgrids with highly penetrated distributed generations(DGs) have new characteristics compared with traditional bulk power transmission system, thus becoming a very important research object. This article aims to find the existing problems where definitions of traditional power system try to explain stability issues in microgrid, then the definition and classifications of the isolated microgrid stability with highly penetrated DGs are proposed, stability characteristics of microgrid are also discussed. Analysis methods of microgrid stability are reviewed on signal stability, transient stability and voltage stability. Then, the control methods to maintain stable operation and the measures to improve transient stability of microgrid are discussed. Finally, the key stability issues of the isolated microgrid with highly penetrated DGs need to intensely research are discussed and prospected.
