摘  要:目的 分析卵巢低储备患者卵泡液中透明质酸水平与取卵结果的相关性。 方法 测定34个未获卵卵泡液(研究组)和39个获卵卵泡液(对照组)的透明质酸和孕酮等指标,并测定人群血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)。 结果 研究组血清AMH[(0.55±0.37) μg/L]水平低于对照组[(0.75±0.42) μg/L,P=0.033],卵泡液透明质酸浓度[(274±65) μg/L]低于对照组[(347±86) μg/L,P<0.001],孕酮水平[(91.4±25.3)×10^3 nmol/L]水平高于对照组[(81.3±15.6)×10^3 nmol/L,P=0.042]。 结论 卵巢低储备人群获卵失败与卵泡液透明质酸不足存在相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between the concentration of hyaluronic acid in follicular fluid and oocyte retrieval results in the patients with diminished ovarian reserve. Methods The concentration of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in serum, hyaluronic acid and progesterone in follicular fluid of 34 patients with none oocytes retrieved (study group) and 39 patients with successful retrieval (control group) were measured and compared. Results The concentration of AMH level [(0.55±0.37) μg/L] in serum and hyaluronic acid [(274±65) μg/L] in follicular fluid were lower than that in control group [(0.75±0.42) μg/L, P=0.033;(347±86) μg/L, P<0.001]. The level of progesterone in follicular fluid [(91.4±25.3)×10^3nmol/L] was higher than that in control group [(81.3±15.6)×10^3nmol/L, P=0.042]. Conclusion The failure of oocytes retrieval in diminished ovarian reserver is related to the insufficiency of hyaluronic acid in follicular fluid.
