摘  要:张北±500 kV柔性直流示范工程首次构建了四端柔性直流电网,±500 kV是世界上现有的柔性直流输电的最高电压等级,±500 kV柔性直流换流阀是柔性直流输电的核心设备,由于张北地处高海拔区域,确定柔直换流阀外绝缘在高海拔地区所需要的室内最小空气间隙距离,对本工程和未来换流阀阀厅建设及阀厅内电力装置的布置方式有重要意义。在中国北京某特高压直流试验基地对±500 kV柔性直流换流阀外绝缘进行了操作冲击放电试验,得到其操作冲击放电特性曲线。通过比较不同的海拔校正方法,探讨和提取适用于±500 kV柔性直流换流阀外绝缘的海拔校正因数。最后依据试验得到的±500 kV换流阀外绝缘操作冲击放电特性曲线计算其在张北2 100 m海拔高度下所需要的最小空气间隙距离。It is the first time that the Zhangbei ±500 kV flexible DC demonstration project built a four-termina lflexible DC power grid. ±500 kV is the existing highest voltage level of flexible DC transmission in the world.±500 kV VSC converter valve is the core equipment of flexible DC transmission. As Zhangbei is located in the high altitude area, it is of great significance to determine the minimum indoor air-gap distance for VSC converter valve’s external insulation and layout of the electrical devices in the valve in high altitude areas. In this study,the ±500 kV VSC converter valve installation was used to carry out switching impulse flashover tests at the SGCC UHVDC test base in Beijing,and characteristic curve of switching impulse flashover was acquired.Different altitude correction methods were compared to analyze and select the altitude correction factor suitable for the external insulation of ±500 kV VSC converter valve. Furthermore,the obtained characteristic curve of switching impulse flashover was used to calculate the minimum air-gap distances for a ±500 kV VSC converter valve installation with defined levels of operating overvoltage at an altitude of 2 100 m.
