摘  要:【目的】 探讨3D打印技术在先天性脊柱侧弯矫正手术中的应用价值。【方法】 选择2016年5月至2018年8月在本院接受手术治疗并获得完整随访的26例先天性脊柱侧弯患者临床资料,其中在3D打印技术指导下进行畸形矫正手术患者14例(观察组),在CT三维扫描重建指导下行脊柱畸形矫正手术的患者12例(对照组)。比较两组患者手术时间、手术中出血量情况、椎弓根钉置钉位置准确率及并发症发生率。【结果】 观察组手术时间、术中出血量均显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者椎弓根钉位置准确率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】 在先天性脊柱侧弯矫正手术中应用3D打印技术,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量, 值得临床推广应用。【Objective】 To explore the efficiency of 3D printing technology in early onset spinal deformity (congenital scoliosis) surgical treatment. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 26 patients with congenital scoliosis who underwent surgery correction and received complete follow-up from May 2016 to August 2018 were selected in this study. Among them, 14 patients underwent malformation surgery under the guidance of 3D printing technology (the experimental group), 12 patients underwent spinal deformity surgery under the guidance of CT three-dimensional reconstruction. The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, accuracy of pedicle placement and the incidence of surgical related complications between the two groups were observed. 【Results】 The operative time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the accuracy of the pedicle screw position between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of 3D printing technology in congenital scoliosis correction surgery can shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, which is worthy of clinical application.
