细节护理在盆底肌肉低频电刺激治疗产后尿潴留中的应用

摘　　要：【目的】 探讨细节护理在盆底肌低频电刺激(LFES)治疗产后尿潴留(PUR)护理中的效果。【方法】 选取2015年3月至2017年9月本科室收治的PUR患者82例,均行LFES疗法,随机分成观察组和对照组,各41例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行细节护理,比较两组护理效果。【结果】 观察组首次排尿和住院时间短于对照组,B超检查显示残余尿量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后生活质量各维度评分均提高,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】 PUR患者行LFER治疗期间,应用细节护理能促进排尿、且减少不良反应,值得应用推广。【Objective】 To study the clinical effect of detail nursing in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention(PUR) by low frequency electric stimulation(LFES) on pelvic floor muscle. 【Methods】 From March 2015 to September 2017, 82 patients with PUR were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n=41) and the control group (n=41). All received LFES therapy.The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.【Results】 The first urination and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the residual urine volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were improved after nursing, and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).【Conclusion】 During the treatment of PUR patients with LFER, the application of detail nursing can promote urination and reduce adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing.
