摘　　要：上肢机器人作为一种新型的脑卒中偏瘫康复训练设备,其出现对于脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复有重大意义。本研究通过对学生实习医院的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者同质化分组治疗,其中对照组(传统治疗组)20例,实验组(机器人治疗组)20例。经过8周的试验之后,通过三组健康评估指标数据统计,实验组的康复疗效明显高于对比组。As a new type of stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation training equipment,upper limb robots have great significance for the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.In this study,40 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in the student internship hospital were treated with homogenization, including 20 in the control group (traditional treatment group)and 20 in the experimental group (robot treatment group).After 8 weeks of trials,the rehabilitation of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group by three sets of health assessment indicators.
