摘　　要：近年来快速现场细胞学评估(ROSE)逐步尝试应用于各类肺部疾病的诊断,尤其是ROSE联合呼吸内镜的应用取得了许多新的研究进展,也存在不少争议。本文从ROSE在呼吸内镜检查中的应用现状、ROSE联合呼吸内镜应用过程中关键技术研究以及所面临的困难与挑战进行综述。In recent years, rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) has been gradually applied in the diagnosis of various types of lung diseases.Particularly, ROSE combined with respiratory endoscopy has made many new research advances, and also dispute.This article reviews the current state of application of ROSE in respiratory endoscopy, key technologies in ROSE combined respiratory endoscopy, as well as the difficulties and challenges faced.
