摘  要:CrMo钢多用于高温及承载循环应力的环境中,为改善其力学性能,对热处理工艺进行改进。以不同用途CrMo钢为例,简述近年热处理工艺的改进方法。尤其是在承受循环应力的条件下,研究CrMo钢棘轮效应及蠕变行为的特征及热处理工艺对其的影响,为工程应用热处理工艺提供方法与思路。CrMo steel is mostly used in high temperature and cyclic stress environment. In order to improve its mechanical properties, the heat treatment process is improved. Taking different CrMo steels as examples, the improvement methods of heat treatment process in recent years were briefly described. Especially under the condition of cyclic stress, the ratcheting effect and creep behavior of CrMo steel were studied, and the effect of heat treatment process on its property was studied, which provides methods and ideas for engineering application of heat treatment technology.
