摘  要:微弧氧化技术可以使铝、镁、钛等阀金属表面形成类火山状致密的陶瓷层,使其具有优良的耐蚀性、绝缘性、耐磨性和热冲击性。通过SEM、电化学工作站、粗糙度仪等分析了钛合金微弧氧化膜层成膜机理及膜层性能。结果表明,采用弱碱性硅酸盐-磷酸盐复合体系在TC4钛合金表面生成陶瓷膜,钛合金的耐蚀性能大幅度提升。膜层粗糙度随着厚度的增加而增大,当膜层厚度大于25μm时,表面粗糙度增长速度急剧增加。随着膜层厚度的增加,表面硬度先增大后减小,当膜层厚度为20~25μm时,表面硬度达到最大值。Micro-arc oxidation technology can make aluminum, magnesium, titanium and other valve metal surface form a volcanic-like dense ceramic coating, it has excellent corrosion resistance, insulation, wear resistance and thermal impact.The film forming mechanism and properties of titanium alloy micro-arc oxide film were analyzed by SEM, electrochemical workstation and roughness meter. The results show that, ceramic film is formed on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by using weakly alkaline silicate phosphate composite system, and the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy is greatly improved. The roughness of the film increases with the increase of the thickness. When the thickness of the film is more than 25 μm, the growth rate of the surface roughness increases sharply. With the increase of film thickness, the surface hardness first increases and then decreases.When the thickness of the film is 20-25 μm, the surface hardness reaches the maximum value.
