摘 要:通过微观组织观察、硬度测试、耐磨性能测试等方法,研究固溶处理对超高锰钢组织与性能的影响以及冲击功与超高锰钢耐磨性的之间的关系。研究表明:超高锰钢铸态组织中有大量网状碳化物分布于晶界之上并向晶界内生长。超高锰钢最佳热处理工艺为:加热到550℃保温1.5 h,再650℃保温2 h,最后1080℃保温2 h,淬火。经此工艺处理超高锰钢硬度230 HBS。超高锰钢的临界冲击功为200 J/cm2。在相对冲击功大于等于200 J/cm2工况下使用,超高锰钢才可以充分发挥其耐磨性能。Through the microstructure observation, hardness test, abrasion test method, the effects of the solid solution treatment on microstructure and properties of super-high manganese steel and the relationship between impact energy and high manganese steel wear resistance were studied. Research shows that, the as-cast microstructure of high manganese steel contains a lot of carbide networks which are on the grain boundary and grow towards the inside of the grains. The best heat treatment process for super-high manganese steel is 550 ℃ for 1.5 h, 650 ℃ for 2 h, 1080 ℃ for 2 h, quenching. By means of this process, high manganese steel hardness reaches 230 HBS. The critical impact energy of super-high manganese steel is 200J/cm^2, when the relative impact energy is equal to or greater than 200 J/cm^2, we can make full use of wear resistance of the high manganese steel.
