摘 要:对LY12铝合金蒙皮骨架结构进行碟片激光填丝焊接试验研究。结果表明:通过激光填丝焊,铝合金可以获得焊缝表面成形良好的接头。激光功率、光丝间距、离焦量是影响焊缝成形的主要因素,激光功率3500~4000 W、光丝间距0 mm、离焦量+5 mm、焊接速度1.5 m/min时焊缝成形最佳。保护气流量为15 L/min时,接头的抗拉强度为325MPa,达到母材强度的77%,拉伸试样断裂在热影响区靠近熔合线的位置。The disk laser welding with filler wire test of LY12 aluminum alloy envelop-skeleton structure was carried out.The results show that the joint with good forming can be obtained by laser welding of aluminum alloy with filler wire. The laser power, distance between laser and wire and defocusing distance of laser beam are the main key factors affecting the weld forming. The best welding joint is obtained when the laser power is 3500-4000 W, the distance between laser and wire is0 mm, the defocusing distance of laser beam is +5 mm, the welding speed is 1.5 m/min.The tensile strength of the joint is 325 MPa when the protection gas flow rate is 15 L/min, which is 77% of the strength of base metal, and the fracture position of tensile samples is located at the heat affected zone near fusion line.
