摘  要:对高韧性球墨铸铁阀体铸件材料的化学成分、炉料组成进行了优化。通过调整化学成分,有效地减少了金相组织中珠光体含量,提高了球化效果,促进了产品质量的提高;通过对阶梯式试块的理化检测,发现材料的硬度较均匀,不同壁厚对球化效果的影响不明显。The chemical composition and charge composition of high toughness ductile iron valve body castings were optimized. By adjusting the chemical composition, the content of pearlite in the metallographic microstructure is reduced effectively, the spheroidizing effect is improved, and the quality of the product is improved. Through physical and chemical examination of step test blocks, it is found that the hardness of the material is uniform and the effect of different wall thickness on the spheroidization effect is not obvious.
