摘  要:建立了A356铝合金汽车轮辐的有限元模型,使用ProCAST数值模拟软件对A356铝合金轮辐液态模锻成形工艺进行了研究。通过数值模拟分析了充填速度、充填温度及模具预热温度对铝合金轮辐液态模锻件成形性能的影响。探讨了不同工艺下金属液流动特点和温度的分布规律以及缩松位置。结果表明,铝合金轮辐最佳的成形工艺参数为:充填温度690℃,模具预热温度350℃,挤压速度15 mm/s。结果能为后续的模具优化设计、工艺实验提供理论依据。The finite element model of A356 aluminum alloy wheel spoke for automobile was established. The liquid die forging process of A 356 aluminum alloy spoke was simulated by using software ProCAST. The effects of filling speed,pouring temperature and preheating temperature of the die on the formability of liquid die forging of the aluminum alloy spoke were analyzed by numerical simulation. The characteristics of liquid metal flow, the distribution of temperature and the shrinkage position were discussed. The results show that the best forming process parameters of the aluminum alloy spoke are as follows: the pouring temperature of 690 ℃, the preheating temperature of the die of 350℃, and the extrusion speed of15mm/s. The results can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of die design and process experiment.
