摘 要:针对传统的金属与玻璃封装技术存在气密性较差,接头易老化且不耐高温,易引入其他物质等问题,对TC4钛合金和高硼硅玻璃使用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器进行激光透射焊接研究。焊接前使用半导体连续激光器对钛合金进行局部表面处理来改善焊接性能,激光透射焊接的焊接强度提高了3倍。对连续激光表面处理与脉冲激光焊接两个工艺中影响焊接质量的多个工艺参数进行参数筛选,再基于中心复合设计,利用响应曲面法建立了工艺参数与焊接强度之间的数学模型,分析工艺参数对焊接强度的交互式影响,并对工艺参数进行优化,得到最佳工艺参数组合。Aiming at the problems that the packing joint has poor air tightness and high temperature resistance and is easy to age and introduce other substances in traditional metal and glass packaging technology, the laser transmission welding of TC4 titanium alloy and high borosilicate glass using Nd:YAG pulsed laser was studied. The local surface treatment of the titanium alloy was carried out by using a semiconductor continuous laser before welding to improve the welding performance.The welding strength of the laser transmission welding increased by 3 times. The process parameters of continuous laser surface treatment and pulse laser welding which affected the quality of the welding were screened, then based on the central composite design, the model was established between process parameters and welding strength by using the response surface method(RSM), the interactive influence of process parameters on the weld strength was analyzed, and the process parameters were optimized. The optimal combination of process parameters was obtained.
