摘 要:研究了垂直振动、水平振动和坡口角度对AZ61合金TIG焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响,分析了机械振动的作用机理。结果表明,垂直振动和水平振动条件下,不同坡口角度下的AZ61合金焊缝区等轴晶尺寸都要小于常规TIG焊缝区,且颗粒状β-Mg17Al12相含量相较于常规TIG焊焊缝区有所减小,但是水平振动条件下焊缝区晶粒细化程度略低于垂直振动条件;垂直振动和水平振动焊接条件下热影响区的晶粒尺寸相对常规TIG焊更加细小,但是晶粒尺寸分布并不均匀,且相同坡口条件下热影响区晶粒要明显粗于焊缝区;垂直振动和水平振动条件下,开坡口和无坡口焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率都要高于常规TIG焊,且垂直振动、坡口角度为25°时,AZ61合金焊接接头具有最佳的强度和塑性结合。The effects of vertical vibration, horizontal vibration and groove angle on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 alloy TIG welded joint were studied, and the mechanism of mechanical vibration was analyzed. The results show that under the vertical vibration and horizontal vibration conditions, the equiaxed grain size of the weld zone of welded joint of AZ61 alloy with different groove angles are less than that of conventional TIG welded zone, and the content of granular β-Mg17Al12 phase decreases compared with that of conventional TIG weld zone, but the grain refinement degree of the weld zone under the horizontal vibration condition is slightly lower than that under the vertical vibration condition. The grain size of heat affected zone under vertical vibration and horizontal vibration welding conditions is finer than that of conventional TIG welding, but the grain size distribution is not uniform, and the grain size of heat affected zone is obviously bigger than that of weld zone under the same groove condition. Under the condition of vertical vibration and horizontal vibration, tensile strength and elongation of the welded joint with and without groove are higher than those of conventional TIG welding, and the welded joint of AZ61 alloy has the best combination of strength and plasticity under vertical vibration and the groove angle of 25°.
