摘　　要：在介绍目前斜轧管机类型及其特点的基础上,重点论述SCM新型热轧无缝钢管斜轧管机的设备结构及其特点,比较SCM新型斜轧管机与PQF连轧管机的投资收益情况,总结SCM新型斜轧管机的优点。SCM新型热轧无缝钢管斜轧管机采用全新的轧管芯棒工作方式和斜轧主机及轧机前、后台结构设计,可实现现有斜轧轧制能力与钢管质量的全面提升。该SCM新型斜轧管机具有全面创新的设备结构设计,且轧制规格范围宽,产品壁厚公差小,投资及生产成本低,操作容易。Elaborated in the article are the types and features of the currently-used rotary-rolling pipe mills, focusing on the equipment structures and characteristics of the new type SCM rotary-rolling mill for hot-rolled seamless steel pipes.And the gain on investments of the said SCM pipe mill is compared with that of the PQF pipe mill,based on which the advantages of the SCM mill is summarized.Thanks to employment of a completely new operation way of the rolling mandrel,and the quite new designs of structures of the roiling mill proper and inlet and outlet tables,the existing rotary-rolling ability and product quality are expected to be overall improved.The new type SCM rotary-rolling pipe mill is in possession of such advantages as comprehensively-innovated equipment structure design,wide pipe size range,small pipe WT tolerance,low investment and operation casts,and easy operation.
