略论“精准推普”

摘　　要：自20世纪50年代国家实行推广普通话政策以来,推普工作成效显著,为国家的现代化建设做出了重大贡献。随着国家进入中国特色社会主义新时代,推普工作也面临着新的情况和矛盾,在人民对推普的强烈需要与推普不平衡不充分发展之间,我们要着重解决推普工作不平衡的问题,实行精准推普。精准推普标志着新时代推普工作的重大转变,使推普工作焕发出新的生机。通过因地施策、推普与脱贫相结合、现代信息手段与大数据的应用等方法,推普工作一定能够实现跨世纪的伟大任务。Since the implementation of the policy in the 1950s,Chinese Mandarin promotion has made remarkable achievement and great contributions to the modernization of China. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Mandarin promotion are faced with new circumstances and challenges,such as the great need for promotion and its unbalanced implementation. Therefore, we need targeted promotion to solve the problem of unbalance. The targeted promotion is a sign of great reform and improvement and it has revitalized Mandarin promotion. With modern information technology and big data,and in accordance with local conditions and poverty alleviation policies,Mandarin promotion will achieve greater progresses.
