摘 要:胰岛β细胞的自身免疫破坏与T细胞的免疫耐受破坏有关,其中辅助性T细胞17型(Th17)细胞是重要的分泌白介素17(IL-17)的促炎性CD4+T细胞亚群。Th17细胞在T1DM病因中起重要作用,指定阻断Th17细胞分化的小分子是T1DM的潜在治疗剂。本文对IL-17/Th17细胞在T1DM中的潜在致病作用进行评述。It is known that autoimmune destruction of pancreatic β-cells is associated with the destruction of T-cell immune tolerance. T helper 17 type(Th17)cells are an important subset of pro-inflammatory CD4+T cell that secrete interleukin 17(IL-17). There are evidences supporting a definitive role of Th17 cells in the etiology of type 1 diabetes(T1 DM). Recently,small molecules that specifically block Th17 cells differentiation were considered as potential therapeutics of T1 DM. This article reviews the potential pathogenic role of IL-17/Th17 cells on T1 DM and its clinical application prospects.
