摘  要:天然橡胶NR是减震制品的主要橡胶基体材料之一,但是NR硫化胶的耐疲劳性能较差,严重影响了制品的服役寿命。本工作首次将新型合成橡胶—高反式-1,4-丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶TBIR引入减振橡胶配方中,研究了不同共混比例的NR/TBIR橡胶的结构与性能。研究发现,TBIR与NR具有很好的相容性;同时,二者的硫化速率较为接近,硫化速率匹配性较高;未填充NR/TBIR硫化胶具有更低的压缩生热,更高的硬度及回弹性,以及突出的耐屈挠疲劳性能;填充NR/TBIR硫化胶表现出更好的动静刚度比及更突出的耐屈挠疲劳性能。可见,TBIR在减震制品中应用时可显著提高制品的服役寿命。As one of the main rubber matrix materials of damping products,the fatigue resistance of NR vulcanizate is unsatisfied,which seriously affects the service life of products.Herein,we introduce high trans-1,4-butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber TBIR into traditional NR damping rubber formulation for the first time.The structure and properties of NR/TBIR rubber with different blending ratios were studied.The results showed that TBIR and NR had good compatibility;at the same time,the vulcanization rates of TBIR and NR were close to each other,resulting in well-matched vulcanization rate.In addition,NR/TBIR vulcanizates had lower compression heat,higher hardness and resilience,and more outstanding flexural fatigue resistance.Furthermore,NR/TBIR vulcanizates displayed satisfied damping properties,for instance,good dynamic and static stiffness ratio and low compression permanent deformation.Consequently,the application of TBIR in damping products can significantly improve the service life of products with satisfied comprehensive performances.
