摘  要:通过反应挤出制备了ABS/PA6原位增容共混物,使用差示扫描量热仪研究了共混物的结晶过程,并通过Jeziorny修正的Avrami方程对非等温结晶动力学进行了分析。结果表明,ABS/PA6共混物的非等温结晶符合该方程,说明共混物在结晶初期主要是异相成核,可能由于ABS在反应挤出过程中具有异相成核的作用,促进了晶核的生长。Novel compatibilized ABS/PA6 blends were prepared via reaction extrusion approach.Their non-isothermal crystallization process was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),which was further analyzed by Jeziorny modified Avrami equation.Results showed that the non-isothermal crystallization of the developed ABS/PA6 blends conform to the modified Avrami equation.At primary crystallization stage,heterogeneous nucleation mainly occurred,probably because ABS introduction during reaction extrusion process may act as heterogeneous nucleation role,accelerating the growth of crystal nuclei.
