摘 要:为分析动水压力对水泥稳定碎石基层材料的冲刷破坏,自制了由水箱、冲刷平台、软管、增压泵、喷头构成的冲刷试验装置,利用该装置对水泥稳定碎石试样开展了动水压冲刷试验,测试了无侧限抗压强度以及冲刷量、冲刷深度,分析了冲刷作用时间、冲刷次数对冲刷量、冲刷深度以及抗压强度的影响规律,分析了试件冲刷前后的表观形貌以及无侧限抗压强度的变化情况,结果表明:(1)在冲刷试验中,前5min就可以产生极为明显的冲刷破坏区域,宽度大致在2cm,冲刷深度达到0.5cm;随着冲刷试验的进行,冲刷破坏区域不断加宽加深,冲刷破坏区域最终的宽度保持在3cm~3.5cm之间,冲刷深度可达1cm。(2)试件在最初5min产生的冲刷量是最多的,累计冲刷量随冲刷作用时间的延长而不断增加,据此提出了冲刷曲线的数学模型;同时,累计冲刷量随着试件抗压强度的增强而呈线性减少的趋势。(3)当冲刷作用力和作用频率不变时,冲刷量随冲刷作用次数的增加而增长。(4)冲刷作用使试件强度降低21%左右。(5)冲刷深度随着抗压强度的增强而变浅,呈现出线性减小的趋势。In order to analyze the erosion damage of hydrodynamic pressure on the cement stabilized macadam base materials,a new erosion experimental deviceis developed which is composed of tank,erosion platform,hose,booster pump and nozzle.This device is used to carry out the dynamic water pressure erosion test for the cement stabilized macadam specimen,and the unconfined compressive strength,erosion quantity anderosion depth are tested.The influence laws of the erosion action time and erosion frequency on the erosion quantity,erosion depth and compressive strength are studied.The changes of apparent morphology and unconfined compressive strength of the specimens before and after erosion are analyzed.The results show:(1)in the erosion test,the first 5 min can produce the extremely obvious erosion damage area,the width is about 2 cm,the erosion depth is 0.5 cm;as the erosion test continues,the area of erosion damage is widened and deepened,the final width of the erosion area remains between 3 cm and 3.5 cm,and the erosion depth can be up to 1 cm.(2)The erosion quantity in the first 5 min is the largest,and the cumulative erosion quantity increases with the erosion action time increasing,the mathematical model of the erosion curve is put forward,at the same time,the cumulative erosion quantity linearly decreases with the compressive strength increasing.(3)When the erosion force and the action frequency are constant,the erosion quantity increases with the erosion action frequency increasing.(4)The erosion effect reduces the strength of the specimen by about 21%.(5)With the compressive strength increasing,the erosion depth becomes shallower,and presents a linear decreasing trend.
