摘 要:航空工业信息中心科研办公楼为大底盘双塔结构,两塔在3层以上逐层收进,体型比较复杂。结构虽不属于超限高层,但存在凹凸不规则和竖向不规则等不利因素,故需对结构的抗震性能进行深入分析。首先采用SATWE,ETABS两种软件对结构进行分析,取反应谱法和弹性时程分析法计算结果的包络值进行设计;对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,并根据分析结果对薄弱环节进行有针对性的加强;分析地震时连接南、北塔楼的斜屋面对主体结构性能的影响,为经济、合理地选取支座提供依据;阐述了局部转换结构的计算方法及构造措施。The scientific research office building of Aviation Industry Information Center( AIIC( is a twin-tower structure with large chassis.The two towers have setbacks step by step above the third layer and the shape is complex.Although the structure does not belong to the out-of-code high-rise structure, there are disadvantages such as concave-convex irregularities and vertical irregularities,so it is necessary to make a thorough analysis of the seismic performance of the structure.First two kinds of software including SATWE and ETABS were adopted to analyze the structure,and then the envelope values of the results of response spectrum method and elastic time-history analysis were adopted to design the structure.The static elastic-plastic analysis was carried on,and the weak parts of the building were strengthened according to the analysis results.The influences of the inclined roof connecting the south and north towers on the seismic performance of the main structure were analyzed,which provided a basis for the economic and rational selection.The calculation method and structural measures of the local conversion structure were expounded.
