摘  要:某大型购物中心采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,平面长度228m,为满足建筑功能不设置永久变形缝,为超长结构。对结构的温差收缩效应进行有限元分析,并以"抗放兼备"为原则,综合运用了传统抗裂缝技术和释放温度应力的新技术。地下室外墙采用诱导缝,使裂缝集中在设置了加强建筑防水的诱导缝位置出现,明显释放了外墙混凝土温度应力。地上部分平面中部各层楼板采用诱导凹槽,既保证了结构整体抗侧刚度以满足抗震要求,又释放了楼板混凝土温度应力。Reinforced concrete frame structural system with a plane length of 228 m was adopted in a shopping mall.In order to satisfy the building function,there is no permanent deformation joint,so it is a super-long structure.The finite element analysis of the temperature difference shrinkage effect of the structure was carried out,and the traditional anti-cracking technology and the new technology of releasing temperature stress were comprehensively applied on the basis of the"Resist and Release"Principle.Induced joints were used in basement exterior wall,which made cracks concentrate on the position of induced joints with reinforced building waterproofing measures,and accordingly the concrete temperature stress of exterior wall was released.Induced grooves were used in the mid-floors of the above-ground planes,which not only ensured the overall lateral stiffness of the structure to meet the seismic requirements,but also released the concrete temperature stress of the floorslab.
