摘 要:将碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)与光纤光栅(OFBG)的传感特性结合,研制出智能碳纤维(CFRP-OFBG)板。共对6根梁进行试验,其中5根为CFRP-OFBG板嵌入式加固矩形截面钢筋混凝土梁,1根未加固矩形截面钢筋混凝土梁作为对比,通过试验监测CFRP-OFBG板的中心波长变化来推算出CFRP-OFBG板的应变值,并将CFRP-OFBG板的中心波长变化与同一位置处CFRP-OFBG板的应变值进行绘图分析。结果表明:CFRP-OFBG板的中心波长变化与同一位置处CFRP-OFBG板的应变值呈现出良好的线性关系,且拟合得到的CFRP-OFBG板灵敏度系数约为1. 2pm/με,与CFRP-OFBG板的应变传感灵敏度1. 281pm/με吻合良好,为结构健康监测和结构可靠性分析提供了一种方法。The sensing characteristics of the optical fiber bragg grating( OFBG) were incorporated with carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP) to develop the intelligent carbon fiber( CFRP-OFBG) slab.Six beams were tested;five of them were CFRP-OFBG embedded reinforced concrete beams with rectangular section and one was reinforced concrete beam with rectangular section but without CFRP-OFBG embedded reinforcement as contrast.The strain values of CFRP-OFBG slabs were calculated by monitoring the change of the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slabs,and the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slabs and the strain values of CFRP-OFBG slabs at the same location were plotted and analyzed.The results show that the change of the central wavelength of CFRP-OFBG slab has a good linear relationship with the strain value of CFRP-OFBG slab at the same location,and the sensitivity coefficient of CFRP-OFBG plate obtained by fitting is about1.2 pm/με,which is in good agreement with the strain sensitivity of CFRP-OFBG slab of 1.281 pm/με.It provides a method for structural health monitoring and structural reliability analysis.
