南五味子药材商品规格等级标准研究

摘　　要：目的:科学合理地制定南五味子药材的商品规格等级。方法:查阅文献资料,结合市场调查结果,基于影响南五味子商品规格的主要因素采集数据,利用SPSS20.0进行聚类分析,划分南五味子商品等级。结果:南五味子药材可划分为野生品一种商品规格及三个等级,各等级标准分别为:一等为直径5.05 mm以上,表面棕红色至暗棕色;二等为直径4.25～5.05 mm,表面棕红色至暗棕色;三等为直径1.80～4.25 mm,表面暗棕色或棕褐色。结论:本研究以市场实际需求为目的制定了南五味子药材商品规格等级,为南五味子药材的市场流通及进一步的质量评价提供了理论依据。Objective: Formulate the commodity specifications and grades of Fructus Schisandrae scientificly and reasonably. Methods:Referred to medical literature and other related information,combined with the market survey,data were collected based on the main factors influencing on the Fructus Schisandrae commodity specification,the commodity specifications and grades of Fructus Schisandrae were divided by using SPSS20.0 clustering analysis method. Results:Fructus Schisandrae be divided into a wild medicinal materials commodity specification and three grades. Grade standard :first grade,diameter was greater than 5.05 mm,the color of surface was red-brown or dark brown. Second grade,diameter was between 4.25 and 5.05 mm,the color of surface was red-brown or dark brown. Third grade,diameter was between1.80 and 4.25 mm,the color of surface was dark brown or chocolate-brow. Conclusion:In order to meet market demand,made the commodity specifications and grades of Fructus Schisandrae, which would provide theory basis for further evaluation of Fructus Schisandrae.
