益母草有效成分及在畜牧业中的应用研究概况

摘　　要：近年来,随着畜牧业的发展,集约化养殖程度越来越高,养殖密度大幅度上升,疾病的发生也越来越频繁,其中母猪产前产后的疾病严重制约着母猪的生产性能。益母草为母畜科用药,有兴奋动物子宫、散瘀血的作用。通过对近几年有关益母草的研究文献进行查阅,从益母草的有效成分、有效成分的提取方法、有效成分的定量分析以及临床应用4个方面进行概述,为益母草及益母草制剂在兽医临床上进一步开发和利用提供参考,对防治母猪产前产后疾病具有重要临床意义。In recent years,with the development of animal husbandry,intensive farming degree was higher and higher,the sharp rise in breeding density,thus the emergence of the disease was becoming more and more frequent,and the sow prenatal postpartum disease problems seriously restricts the performance of the sows. Herba Leonuri has excited the role of uterus,scattered congestion,human medicine clinical is widely used in gynecological diseases,but less in the veterinary clinical use. In this paper,we reviewed the literatures of Herba Leonuri in recent years,summarized the active ingredients of Herba Leonuri, the extraction of active ingredients, the quantitative analysis of active ingredients and the clinical application of several aspects. The development and utilization of Herba Leonuri and Herba Leonuri preparations in veterinary medicine Provide reference,to solve the sow prenatal and postnatal disease problems have important clinical significance.
