龙胆燥湿栓体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:考察龙胆燥湿栓的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性试验,并用试管连续稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度。结果:龙胆燥湿栓药材提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌具有较好的抑制作用。结论:龙胆燥湿栓具有抑菌作用。Objective:To study the antibacterial effect of Longdanzaoshi suppository in vitro. Method:Sensitivity tests were performed by KirbyBauer method;minimuminhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration were determined by test tube continuous dilution method. Result:Extraction of Longdanzaoshi suppository had inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Streptococcus. Conclusion:Longdanzaoshi suppository had the effect of antibacterial.
