钛白粉在涂料中的应用及可持续发展途径

摘　　要：阐述了涂料用钛白粉的主要生产工艺及优缺点,并介绍了钛白粉在涂料中的遮盖作用机理,综述了提高钛白粉使用效率、降低钛白粉用量的研究进展,提出了寻求有效的钛白粉替代物将成为涂料行业可持续发展的新思路。Firstly,the main production process of titanium dioxide (TiO2)in paints and their strengths and drawbacks were described,and the opacity mechanism of TiO2 in paints were explained.Secondly,the research development of improving TiO2 efficiency and decreasing the usage amounts were reviewed.Finally,the sustainable development approaches of partially substituting TiO2 in paints were pointed out.
