摘  要:针对某汽车公司涂装车间桥式烘干IMC输送机发生的翻车事故,运用A3思维对事故进行了现状问题分析,找出了问题点。通过5 why分析得出了发生事故的真因,根据烘干室环境温度特点对台车自润滑轴承重新选型更换,并完善了检测过程,提升了IMC输送机运行的稳定性,保证了设备运行的可靠性和车身的烘干品质。Aiming at the rollover accident of the bridge-type drying IMC conveyor in the painting workshop of a car company,the current situation of the accident is analyzed by using the A3 thinking.According to the environmental temperature characteristics of the drying room,the self-lubricating bearing is reselected and replaced,and the detection process is perfected.The running stability of the IMC conveyor is improved. It ensures the reliability of the equipment and the drying quality of the body.
