摘 要:斑马鱼作为一种新型的脊椎动物模型,目前被广泛应用于骨骼疾病研究,特别是在骨质疏松方面已经取得了较为显著的研究成果。在氟中毒研究领域,鱼类模型比传统的动物模型更为敏感。本文将结合鱼类氟中毒研究成果,介绍斑马鱼的生物学特性和成骨特点,概述斑马鱼在骨骼研究方面的应用现状,并对其在氟中毒骨相研究领域的应用进行展望。As a new animal model of vertebrate, zebrafish has been widely used in the research of bone diseases, especially in osteoporosis. In the field of fluorosis research, existing studies have shown that fish are more sensitive than traditional animal models. In this paper, combine with fish fluorosis research results, the biological characteristics and osteogenic characteristics of zebrafish are introduced, the application status of zebrafish in bone research is summarized, and the application of zebrafish in the field of skeletal fluorosis is prospected.
