掺Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O的磷酸铵镁水泥净浆性能研究

摘　　要：为改善磷酸铵镁水泥(MAPC)净浆性能,采用Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O取代部分NH_4H_2PO_4,与重烧氧化镁、硼砂、水制成含Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O的新型MAPC。通过测试pH值、水化温度、凝结时间、抗压强度,并对硬化体进行热重、XRD、SEM等微观分析发现,掺入适量的Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O可以降低浆体的初始温度、反应液最低温度及pH值,延长MAPC净浆的凝结时间,大幅提高MAPC净浆硬化体的早期抗压强度,对60 d抗压强度也有一定的改善作用,其中Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O掺量为15%时对抗压强度的改善作用最明显。In order to improve the properties of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement(MAPC) paste,Na2HPO4·12H2O was used to replace part of NH4H2PO4,and a new MAPC containing Na2HPO4·12H2O was prepared with overburnt magnesium oxide,borax and water. By testing pH value,hydration temperature,setting time and compressive strength,and microscopic analysis such as TG,XRD,SEM of the hardened sample,it was found that a proper amount of Na2HPO4·12H2O can reduce the initial temperature of the paste,the minimum temperature and pH value of the reaction solution,thus prolonging the setting time of the MAPC paste to a certain extent. In addition,the early strength of hardened MAPC paste can be improved greatly by adding a proper amount of Na2HPO4·12H2O,and the strength of 60 days can also be improved to a certain extent,among which the improvement of the compressive strength is best when the amount of Na2HPO4·12H2O is 15%.
