摘  要:冷拌沥青混合料开级配薄层罩面具有良好的排水、抗滑性能,在乳化沥青中掺入水性环氧可加快混合料强度的形成,并提高其最终强度。通过正交试验分析影响水性环氧沥青混合料性能的主要因素,通过室内试验研究其路用性能。试验结果表明:水性环氧掺量对混合料路用性能的影响最大、水泥掺量次之、油石比的影响相对最小;水性环氧沥青混合料最佳配合比为:水性环氧掺量30%、油石比5.2%、水泥掺量3%。Cold mixed asphalt mixture open graded thin layer surface has good drainage and anti-sliding performance. The incorporation of water-based epoxy in the emulsified asphalt can accelerate the formation of mixture strength,and increase its ultimate strength. The main factors affecting the performance of waterborne epoxy asphalt mixture were analyzed by orthogonal test,and the road performance was studied through laboratory tests. The experimental results show that the dosage of waterborne epoxy has the greatest influence on the road performance of mixture,the cement content comes second, and the asphalt-aggregate ratio has the least impact. The optimal mixture ratio turns out to be 30% of waterborne epoxy,5.2% of asphalt-aggregate ratio and 3% of cement content.
