摘 要:相变材料在发生相变时具有吸收或释放热量的性质,将其用于建筑围护结构中可以实现节能、保温、隔热的效果。将含有相变材料的石膏板与新型通风节能墙板复合,通过CFD模拟的方法研究其热工性能,结果表明,该墙板应用于我国北方夏季太阳辐射强度较大的地区时,在白天高温条件下,可为室内提供良好的保温隔热效果。此外,考虑到墙板厚度对其热工性能的影响,墙体结构可以优化,并给出了相变石膏板合理的厚度范围。Phase change material has the property of absorbing or releasing large amounts of heat when phase changing occurs,so it can be used in the building envelope in order to save energy,preserve heat and insulate heat. Gypsum board containing phase change material and a new type of ventilated energy-efficient wall panel are combined and the thermal performance of the new wall panel is investigated by CFD simulation. It is proved that when the wall panel used in the north region of China where solar radiation intensity is relatively high,satisfactory heat preservation and insulation effect can be provided to the indoor environment by the wall panel under high air temperature condition during the day time. Besides,due to the influence on the thermal performance caused by the thickness of the wall panel,the structure of the wall panel can be optimized,and the reasonable thickness range of the gypsum board is given.
