摘　　要：文章主要介绍王平教授运用中药口服联合铍针针刺治疗早期距骨坏死的经验。王平教授认为距骨坏死属于中医学中"骨痹""骨萎""骨蚀"的范畴,而早期距骨坏死的主要病机为瘀血阻络,筋骨失养,故提出运用中药汤剂圣愈汤合补阳还五汤加减治以活血化瘀、舒筋活络、补气养血为主,并辅以铍针针刺疗法,综合诊治,疗效显著。附典型验案1则。This article mainly introduces professor Wang Ping's experience in the treatment of early a vascular necrosis of talus (ANT)with traditional Chinese medicine and stiletto needle.He thinks that ANT belongs to the category of "heumatism","bone impotence"and "bone erosion"in Chinese medicine.Professor WANG Ping believe that the early stage of the disease is mainly due to the pathogenesis of blood stasis,and can not moisten the bones and muscles. Therefore,he suggest that the Shengyu decoction and Buyang Huanwu decoction,which is mainly composed of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood.Combined with stiletto needle to treatment.It has obtained good curative effect in clinic.One typical cases are presented for inspecting and verifying.
