牵引按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疼痛改善及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者45例牵引按摩治疗的疼痛改善情况,分析其预后.方法:选取符合标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例进行研究。将患者分为2组,每组各45例。观察组患者予牵引治疗,对照患者给予牵引按摩治疗。10d为1个疗程。比较2组患者的VAS评分和JOA评分、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组患者在治疗前的VAS评分和JOA评分差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:牵引按摩用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可显著改善患者的疼痛状况,治疗效果显著,具有较高的安全性,可临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the pain improvement and prognosis of lumbar disc herniation treated by traction and massage.Methods:90 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to December 2017 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into two groups,and each group has 45 patients.The observation group was treated with traction,and the control group was treated with traction and massage. The VAS score,JOA score,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of-the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than"that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Traction massage for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, can significantly improve the patient's pain situation.The treatment effect is remarkable,which has high safety and can be promoted in clinic.
