滋阴清热方治疗放射性口炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴清热方治疗放射性口炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的放射性口炎患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组各31例,其中对照组接受西药治疗法,观察组在西药基础上联合应用中药滋阴清热方治疗。观察2组患者口腔黏膜分度情况、唾液中生长表皮因子含量及生存质量评分。结果:经不同治疗后,观察组口腔黏膜分度程度减轻比对照组显著(P<0.05);2组唾液中ECF水平均有所降低,但观察组唾液中ECF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上采取滋阴清热方治疗放射性口炎有利于改善口腔黏膜分度反应及唾液中生长表皮因子含量,同时有利于提高患者生存质量,临床治疗价值深远。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Qingre Recipe in the treatment of radiation stomatitis. Methods:62 patients with radioporosis who met the criteria were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received Western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Ziyin Qingre Recipe on the basis of western medicine.Oral mucosal indexing,growth epidermal factor content and quality of life score in saliva were observed.Results:After different treatments,the degree of oral mucosal indexing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The ECF levels in the saliva of the two groups were decreased,but the ECF level in the saliva of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of Ziyin Qingre Recipe in the treatment of radioactive stomatitis is beneficial to improve the oral mucosal indexing reaction and the growth of epidermal factors in saliva,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,and the clinical treatment value is far-reaching.
