益肾通便汤治疗卒中后慢传输型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾通便汤治疗卒中后慢传输型便秘的临床效果。方法:选择卒中后慢传输型便秘患者共82例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予益肾通便汤治疗,对照组采用福松(聚乙二醇4000散)治疗,疗程4周。观察2组患者治疗前后的便秘症状,并通过PAC-QOL评分量表记录患者的生活质量情况。长期随访半年,记录患者停药后3月及6月时便秘症状。结果:益肾通便汤可改善粪便性状积分、每次排便时间积分、排便间隔时间积分、排便困难程度积分以及PAC-QOL评分显著降低,且临床有效率达92.50%。随访期间治疗组患者的复发率均显著低于对照组,且无明显不良反应发生。结论:益肾通便汤对卒中后慢传输型便秘临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of slow transit constipation after stroke.Methods:A total of 82 patients with slow transit constipation after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Tongbian Decoction,and the control group was treated with Fusong (polyethylene glycol 4000)for 4 weeks.The constipation symptoms of 'the two groups before and after treatment were observed and the quality of life of the patients was recorded by the PACQOL rating scale.Long-term follow-up for half a year,recording the symptoms of constipation in March and June after discontinuation of the patient.Results:Yishen Tongbian decoction improved fecal trait score,time per defecation time, defecation interval,score of defecation difficulty and PAC-QOL score significantly (P<0.01),and the total clinical effective rate was 92.5%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group during the followup period (P<0.01),and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Yishen Tongbian decoction has a significant clinical effect on slow transit constipation after stroke,which is worthy of clinical application.
